Teamwork in the Pharmacy

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
define teamwork and describe methods to reinforce it within their own organization;
create a plan to maximize pharmacy workflow by utilizing teamwork;
illustrate the importance of teamwork as it relates to better communication;
identify ways in which medication errors can be prevented through teamwork.
About the Faculty: Hannah Stokely, CPhT
Hannah has been in the pharmacy field since 2006 and has an extensive background. Her experience includes retail, hospital, long term care and infusion clinics.

Participants must view the program in its entirety, complete and pass the learning assessment quiz with a score of 70% or higher. Participants whom score 69% or below will be notified and permitted to retake the exam one time at no additional charge.
